Refund, Return, and Warranty Policy

All Sales Are Final (Default)

Due to the nature of performance training equipment and small-batch production, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

 

Limited Return Eligibility (Good‑Faith Exceptions)

Returns may be accepted only if:

- The product is unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

- A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

- The return is approved in writing by Strike X Combat

Strike X Combat reserves the right to make good‑faith exceptions in cases of verified defects, fulfillment errors, or shipping damage.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

- Used or worn products

- Products showing signs of misuse or improper training application

- Preorder or Founders Edition items (except for verified manufacturing defects)

- Replacement bands or consumable components

- Products purchased during promotional or limited drops

 

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Refund Method

- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method minus any transaction or processing fees.

- Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected.

Warranty Policy

- Strike X Combat products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only.

- Normal wear and tear, including resistance band degradation, is not covered.

- Warranty claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
