Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim

This limitation applies to all claims, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of income, or training interruption.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
StrikeX Combat LLC reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.
Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed.

For preorders, customers acknowledge that delivery timelines are estimates and may change.

5. Preorders

Preorder items are part of limited production runs.
All preorders are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
Estimated shipping dates are not guarantees.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

All returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
