  • For preorders, production and shipping timelines will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  • Estimated shipping timelines are not guarantees and may change due to manufacturing, logistics, customs, or carrier delays.

 

Shipping Timeframes

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within the timeframe provided at checkout; however, delays may occur that are outside our control.

  • StrikeX Combat LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

 

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, StrikeX Combat LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Customers are encouraged to use secure delivery locations.
